ASM yesterday
ASM i Askersund AB founded 1955 and the business were then mainly strengthening and rivet audits of steel bridges.
During the 70’s - and 80’s the business expanded the assembly of equipment for mass goods handling within the whole Scandinavian region. In 1990 a design department was added together with the production of machines for bulk goods transport. The workshop was expanded in 1992 with the addition of new offices 1997. Lennart Albinsson was the owner and CEO from 1986, and sold the company in 2004 to Kent Kaufeldt. Since 2007 is Kellve-group new owners to the company.
ASM today
The company has today 26 employees. CEO from April 1, 2007 is Peter Kluge. We have an own real estate at Transportörvägen in Askersund's northern industrial area. Sales engineers Krister Pettersson and Krister Sterky are responsible for customer contacts, pre-planning, quotations and sale.
Project management and design is handled by the design team. The design work is produced in Inventor 3D-environment. Documentation and verification of delivered equipment, CE-documentation and so on, constitutes a significant part in the work that is processed by the design team.
Production of the products and systems is done in our workshop. The assembly is carried out mainly of our own experienced personnel.
ASM uses since 1996 quality systems, today based on ISO 9001.2000. |

ASMs business is divided in five different main categories
Standard - and special products for material handling. We project, sell, produce and assemble the whole or parts of systems and plants for crushing, screening, sorting, storage and transport of goods.
