Complete delivery of: Flex-belt conveyor, control screen, and screw conveyor for sand after core shake out station. Capacity: 1,5 tons/h. Covered flex-belt conveyor- Length: 19 m. Belt width: 400 mm. Screen - 0,6 x 1,2 m. Screw conveyor - Length: 2 m. Dia: 200 mm.

1 - Handling of cast iron chips from bins to charging shuttles.

Complete delivery of: 2 Vibrating feeders for cast iron chips, 2 Flexbelt conveyors up to the charging shuttles.

2 - Alloy addition station at the furnace platform.

Complete delivery of equipment for weighing, elevating and distribution of alloy material from 5 positions to one of the two charging shuttles. - Weighing skip track. Vertical skip elevator. Reversible belt conveyor between the charging shuttles.

New terminal for storing and delivery of ammonia sulphate.

Delivery of: 5 Belt bucket elevators of non-corrosion design. Capacity each: 300 tons/h. Bucket volume: 2 x 25 litres. Heights: 20 - 33 m. Design with complete covered elevator body made of stainless steel. Automatic belt tension by movable bottom section counterweight.
